Resources for business and employees affected by COVID-19
U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) | Payroll Protection Program is a loan designed to provide a direct incentive for small businesses to keep their workers on the payroll. SBA will forgive loans if all employees are kept on the payroll for eight weeks and the money is used for payroll, rent, mortgage interest, or utilities. Due to likely high subscription, at least 75% of the forgiven amount must have been used for payroll. These loan payments can also be deferred for six months. No collateral or personal guarantees are required. Neither the government nor lenders will charge small businesses any fees. For more information, please visit: Payroll Protection Program Economic Injury Disaster Loans provide small businesses with working capital loans of up to $2 million that can provide vital economic support to small businesses to help overcome the temporary loss of revenue they are experiencing. The loan advance will provide economic relief to businesses that are currently experiencing a temporary loss of revenue. Funds will be made available within three days of a successful application, and this loan advance of up to $10,000 will not have to be repaid: Economic Injury Disaster Loan NOTICE: SBA is unable to accept new applications at this time for the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL)-COVID-19 related assistance program (including EIDL Advances) based on available appropriations funding. Applicants who have already submitted their applications will continue to be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. |
